Attached / Fixed Awnings
Permanent, steel-framed structures attached to existing sheds, factories, or warehouses. Attached or fixed awnings are an ideal solution when you need additional sheltered space without constructing a new building.
They are made from steel framing with Colorbond sheeting, designed for industrial conditions and engineered to meet all relevant standards. When positioned within 3 metres of a property boundary, a fire rated tilt panel wall is typically required to meet building code fire separation regulations. However, in some cases such as when adjacent to a roadway or waterway the structure may be exempt from the firewall requirement.

Cantilever awnings are permanently attached to the side of an existing shed but extend outward without posts, supported only by the building’s structure.

Free-Standing Industrial Awnings & Canopies

Some designs incorporate short side skirts usually a couple of metres high to minimise rain or wind entry while maintaining open access.
